The home includes two master bedrooms, each with direct access to the porches and sporting full ocean views.
Every one of the 6 bedrooms has its own en-suite with custom tiled bathrooms. There are additional powder rooms on both floors of the home for added convenience.
The gourmet kitchen includes an oversized kitchen island to provide plenty of extra seating, double ovens, double refrigerator, top tier appliances and is stocked with everything you need to prepare a fabulous vacation meals! Should you want to get even closer to the water, an outdoor gas grill provides a fun alternative for cooking right next to the sand.
There are two massive porches, the upper one being screened, that span the length of the house, overlooking the ocean, and are beautifully appointed with seating for eating, lounging or soaking in some sun!
There are two main living spaces in the home. The first level is a bright and open floor plan with a large dining table that can seat 10 and a comfortable coastal living room with full ocean views, tv and card table for games. The second floor media space includes a full wet bar with refrigerator, additional table for eating or games, tv and seating.
When you head outside you will enjoy your private walkover to the beach and feel free to grab the boogie boards or beach chairs provided under the house. When you return from a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor hot shower.
Additional amenities include an elevator that goes to all levels of the house, 2 electric car charging stations, parking for 6 cars and a generator.
