Great place to spend a family vacation or a romantic time with your partner. Only 15 minutes from historic Charleston, with its historical sites, restaurants, gardens, golf courses nearby. Pictures do not do this villa justice. There are 2 off street parking spaces available. Elevator opens directly in front of the villa entrance. Fast DSL for your business or pleasure. TVs in living room, Master and second bedroom. No Smoking inside, however, smoking permitted on outside deck. Deck furniture seats 11. Beach equipment in Locker 301 on ground floor with kid's beach toys, 3 beach chairs and beach umbrella, 3 inflatable flotation devices, 2 beach balls, and 4 boogie boards for wave riding.

Jenna-August 2020-Perfect location! The place is cuter than pictured and the balcony is an awesome space! Nice outdoor furniture and plenty of room! It is walking distance to all great food and the beach! Park your car and forget it. The elevator is also right by the door so it makes lugging bags and coolers around so easy!

Mimi-June 2020-A perfect location in the heart of Folly! We literally parked our car and didn’t use it all weekend! Everything is within walking distance! Well stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable living area! Amazing view from the deck with seating for everyone! I would highly recommend the Sea Gem! We’ll definitely be renting this one again!
